JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Assistant Regional Manager – Mashonaland West, the primary responsibility of this position is to facilitate the registration process for Grade 7, O & A level students. The role also involves the installation of the CRS application and providing training to teachers on its effective use.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The incumbent shall be responsible for

- Train teachers on how to register online
- Installation of CRS application and uploading of e-registrations
- Distribute O & A level June and November papers
- Distribute Grade 7 question papers
- Receipting and banking green books and blue books
- Receive queries and forward them to Head Office
- Collect scripts from cluster points and log in the system
- Supervise software installation, upload of data
- Support services to exam centers
- Oversee administration and provide resources and workforce
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
- National Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 O’ Levels including English and Mathematics
- At least 2 years working experience at a Clerical or Assistant level
- Analytical skills
- Good communication skills
